Test Bike Policy

In the Lake District we are blessed with the ideal terrain for testing out your potential new bike - on or off road - and here at Keswick Bikes we stock a huge portfolio of top biking brands and have a test bike fleet to match.

All this means that you can test ride the bike of your choice, on real terrain, any day of the week.

Getting you fitted on a bike that's the correct size for you, meets your needs and suits your riding style is a fundamental part of our job here at Keswick Bikes.





What do you get?

- A Pro-Fit of the bike and its suspension to suit you - and its salient features put into normal speak!
- Route planning using our local knowledge of the best Lakeland trails and roads.
- A pump, tyre levers, spare tube & puncture repair kit (just in case you have a flat) and a lock for when you park up outside the cake shop.

What do you need to bring?

- Your own helmet, clipless pedals and cycling shoes for your safety and comfort.
- A deposit for the demo bikes of £500 on a credit /debit card, two forms of ID for the cardholder - such as a photo driving licence and passport.

Top tip: Know your weight (in lbs or kg) when you book as it helps us to set up the bike for you.

Demo Cost Per Bike: £50 - allowing you test your dream bike for up to a full day on the best biking trails & roads in the UK. NB: Your demo costs are credited to your account and can be used towards the price of the bike that you subsequentyly buy from KMB!
